But what really blows me away about this practice is something so…absent with other vets. I find myself rushing to ask questions and blurt out my concerns…thinking that the doctor and the assistants will be rushing me out the door.
Nope, never happens with this group. Just when you think they’re going to hand you a bill and nudge you out the door…they sit down on the floor (literally) with your dog and just run through the plan one more time and handle any final questions you have.
