Area boarding facilities are reporting outbreaks of Canine Upper Respiratory Disease. This is typically caused by a combination of respiratory viruses and bacteria but does include the possibility of Kennel Cough and Canine Influenza.

We recommend limiting unnecessary contact with dogs in the neighborhood if at all possible during the upcoming weeks.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Mitchell since 2007. I have never experienced anything other than the BEST care and concern for my animals. Recently, I had a kitty of 18 years that had kidney failure and Dr. Mitchell and her team went above and beyond for him. When the time came for him to cross the rainbow bridge, they made sure to accommodate him on a busy Saturday, spent extra effort to help him cross humanely, and were all around class acts. Dr. Mitchell had seen this particular kitty since he was a youngster when I moved to the area and took extra care to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. Could not recommend AMC enough. Amazing care.
