…that for everyone’s safety, these COVID-19 procedures for vet appointments are still in place:
- We are still using curbside drop-off and pick-up for basic tech appointments, grooming, and boarding as well as medication refills and food orders.
- Clients may come into the building for vet exams and will be escorted directly to the room where everything will be handled – exam, check-out, and payment.
- Clients are not permitted to gather in the lobby and we kindly request that clients who enter the building have a mask.
- If you are actively sick or have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home and call us so we can determine how to best help your pet.
